Please fill out one application per person and pay a $10.00 per application refundable deposit online as per the instructions. Please note that the $10.00 deposit will be refunded only if the applicant is present on the day of the camp and expressly requests it on the day of camp.

Screening will be provided only to 100 pre-registered participants who have successfully completed their electronic application ONLINE.
Registration will close as soon as the 100 spots are filled or, at the latest, by midnight on Monday, June 10, 2024.
No Paper Application will be accepted.

Breakfast will be provided after the blood test is completed.
